The first migration of the prepaid charging system at Si.mobil with the participation of nfotex took place in 2008. Since then nfotex has helped in creating innovative products for the Slovenian prepaid market, which culminated in the migration to nfotex GRASP in 2013.

This migration to GRASP went unnoticed by customers and even most of Si.mobil, since GRASP’s flexibility not only allowed keeping the customer experience unchanged, but also keeping the change invisible to most systems involved in prepaid charging.

Since GRASP’s go-live there has not been a single instance of downtime, due to GRASP’s design for high availability, even with a large number of new products launched by Si.mobil, all of which can now take advantage of GRASP’s capabilities to address new challenges with lower costs and a shorter time to market.
