IT, Telecom, Perl & Linux

nfotex IT DL GmbH is an Austrian company working mostly on telecommunication projects. We are specialized in billing systems, asyncronous mediation services and realtime monitoring and statistics.

Our projects are 80% done in Perl for faster development/testing/deployment and a shorter reaction time to marketing requests. Parts that need to be more speedy are written in C and we also provide Java interfaces to our software and services.

We are longtime supporters of the Perl comunity and this years sponsor of the YAPC::Europe 2007 by inviting Larry Wall and his wife to Vienna.

This year we also have jobs to offer.

We need a handful of people who want to work in projects as described above. The applicants should live in Vienna, because of customer contact and German has to be the first language. Speaking (not just reading/writing) English well is another requirement this time.
